We are thrilled to announce the start of issuance of our stunning new artistic license plate, showcasing the vibrant fireweed design! This eye-catching plate represents a celebration of creativity and local beauty. We deeply appreciate your patience and support during this process, and we’re excited to finally bring this unique design to you. Our dedicated team is working diligently shipping plates statewide to ensure that these beautiful plates will be available at all DMV offices by the launch date.

Starting Monday, If you are buying a new vehicle the plate will be $3 in addition to the cost of the title and registration. If you are interested in replacing your existing plate with the new generic Fireweed plates you’ll just need to apply for a duplicate plate at your local DMV office and pay the $8 fee.
If you are looking to order your first personalized license plate any orders received on or after August 19th for a Supporting the Arts plate will be issued with the new design and cost $33.
