REPOSSESSED VEHICLES
A lienholder may repossess a vehicle if the owner defaults on a security or loan agreement. If a vehicle is repossessed, a new title may be issued to the lienholder or a subsequent buyer.
The buyer of a repossessed vehicle is required to submit
- a completed Application for Title & Registration and
- a completed Repossession Affidavit notarized
- Title
- fees
